Philea Resort and Spa, the first and largest log resort in Malaysia is located in fast developing Ayer Keroh Melaka. This 5 star resort built utilizing natural Malaysian made resources, including 8000 pieces of disused railway sleepers for staircases and more than 6,000 tons of marble as block fencing. Recycled materials from shipwrecks are used as furniture in the lobby.
LOCATION
Located in the state's fastest growing area - barely one minute away from the Ayer Keroh interchange of the North South Highway, 90 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 20 minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Melaka.
GUESTROOMS
Philea Resort and Spa offers three varieties of rooms to suit different tastes: Pavilion Room features individual verandas in its lower rooms while upper floor rooms include private balconies with tranquil views of the resort's landscaped gardens; Philea Suite features a spacious built-up area complete with an exquisite bathtub and is located in the middle of the valley, offering spectacular views of the landscaped pool and waterfall; and finally the Royal Villa, where a plunge pool as well as an option to dine in the privacy of the villa is available. With a total of 201 rooms, which consist of 180 units of Pavilion Rooms; 19 units of Philea Suites and two units of Royal Villas, each block is specifically designed to resemble a village with panoramic views of the whole resort. The stunning effect resulted in Philea being awarded as the "First Log Resort" and the "Largest Log Resort" by the Malaysian Book of Records.

The resort is perfectly designed to meet the requirements of any event or conference, from company business meetings to major banquets, team building session, receptions, social functions and weddings. Our pillarless ballroom can accommodate up to 600 persons in a theatre-style seating and five other function rooms for seminars and meetings.
